How do I get my pet featured on your social media?

To be featured:

1st follow us on Instagram @barker_buddy

2nd photograph and post wearing your Barker Buddy gear

3rd tag us @barker_buddy in your posts, use the hashtag #barkerbuddy

Do you have a physical store?

We are currently online only.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

If you have ordered the wrong size, order the correct one and return your unused, clean and hair free product.

How do I wash the harnesses and/or hoodies?

Please hand wash or wash cold on the delicate cycle with mild detergent. ALWAYS HANG DRY.

Do you accept returns and/or exchanges?

Returns may be made within 30 days of receiving your items. The item must be unused, clean, hair free and odor free. You are responsible for return shipping and shipping is non-refundable. Please do not send back items that go against this refund policy as they will not be refunded or sent back.

Please place your item/items back in the original packaging with your order information slip. If you do not have your order slip, use your email confirmation order.

We do not do exchanges at this time.
